We process your data to perform the contract you request, on the basis of the consent you give when you provide it, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.
The first party to answer you on WhatsApp is an AI-based virtual assistant, not a person. To generate its replies, the content of the conversation is processed on the servers of Anthropic (the provider of the Claude model). The assistant does not decide the outcome of your inspection and does not replace the judgement of the professional who performs it.
You can ask for a human at any time: write "I want to talk to a person" and the assistant stops and notifies our team.
Only with providers that deliver services we need in order to operate, and only with the data each one requires:
Some of these providers are located outside El Salvador, so your data may be processed in other countries.
We may also disclose information when required to do so by a competent authority under the law.
We keep your data for as long as our relationship with you lasts, and afterwards for the periods required by applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations. Signed agreements, their signature evidence and payment receipts are retained for that reason even if you request deletion of the rest.
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, or withdraw the consent you gave us.
To delete your data: write to info@homeinspectionsv.com from the email address or WhatsApp number you used to contact us, stating that you want your information deleted. We will handle the request within 30 days, free of charge, and confirm in writing once it is done. We delete your contact details, the property details, the files you sent us and the conversation history. We keep only what the law requires us to retain: the signed agreement, its signature evidence and the payment receipts.
The site and the system run over encrypted connections. Access to the database is restricted to the staff who need it to operate the service.
Our booking and signature pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and do not track you across sites.
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version at this same address and update the last-updated date.
